Setup is done with you, in person anywhere in the Denver metro or over video: your hours, stock rules, hold policy, POS connection and practice calls. Setup fees are 50% off for stores that start through March 31, 2027.

Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime from the app or by email, with no cancellation fee. You can export your data whenever you like.
Phone, texting and AI
Your Ringo phone line, your store's own texting number and the AI are included. Customer texts start once your texting number is registered with the carriers, typically 1–3 weeks after setup.
